I cannot put into words how thankful my wife and I were to have worked with Baskerville on helping us find (and close on!) our home here in TX. Especially during the pandemic around us. From the very beginning, he was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and he worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional. He sourced homes for us to check out and it wasnt uncommon for me to receive emails or text in the middle of the night with updates or just checking in. He was also very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our home. We have a four and five year old and thinking about school districts is something he was quick to suggest, being a dedicated to his job. He came to the table with vendor relationships and recommendations which proved to be invaluable. People who would go out of their way to pull ME aside and tell me how much they love working with Baskerville. How often can you say that about your real estate agent? On top of everything else, Baskerville guided us through the entire process with a smile. Besides his sharp professionalism and attention to detail, he brought personality, humor and levity to every single day, something that two nervous buyers appreciated so much. I guess it goes without saying, but Baskerville will be our agent of choice for all of our future real estate endeavors. He is a true game changer for all realtors!!!!

I worked with him a few years ago and when I knew we were coming back to Fort Hood, I did not hesitate to contact him. He was ready, called to ask what we were looking for. When we came to visit to see homes in person, he had homes lined up and scheduled for us to walk through.Because of the pandemic, we weren’t able to show up as early as we wanted to. He made sure the house we bought had the grass cut and maintained. When we wanted the floors measured for carpet, he was there to open the door for the company. He opened it so Lowe’s could install a washer and dryer. The list goes on and on! He’s very responsive via text, phone call, and email.Thank you Kenneth Baskerville for all you have done for our family! We appreciate all your help!!!

I don’t even know where to start... I am currently not in Texas right now but when I told them I am going to transfer this day and want a house by this time they definitely made it happen. I was really impressed by the hard work they put in and didn’t make me feel like I was placed on the back burner just because I was not in TX. Day one I already got emails of houses that I told Kenneth I liked and he called me every day and let me know I got an email of some houses that he thinks I was going to like and even took the time to break down every house that he emailed me to let me know the pros and cons of each house. He want trying to sell me any house, he was really focusing on the vision I had and made it happen. I liked how he even gave me different options of different area’s and helped me understand what I’m going to be getting with each house as far as if I do decide to ever rent it out. Especially since I wasn’t in TX when this whole process was taken place I did not at one moment feel like he was just trying to sell me house that wasn’t perfect for me. Every house Kenneth emailed me he was willing to make the time to go and show me the house on FaceTime and really gave me his prospective of the house also. He pointed out things that I would have never thought of, especially since I am a first time home buyer... buying a house over the phone sounds so scary when I told my family but with them I truly felt like they had my best interest in this home and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and from The Baskerville Group to Merrie Ellis at Aligned mortgage I couldn’t have picked a better team!
