I was a realtor for a decade, and Jonathan is exactly the kind of agent I always tried to be for my clients! Hes so easy to get along with and so knowledgeable about the market and local area. From the names of local plants to recommendations to the best local tacos and service providers, he had us covered.I think it says a lot about a person when they have a strong network they can rely on, and the odd time Jonathan didnt have an answer off the top of his head, it wasnt long before he got us one.We were looking something very specific and long term so it wasnt a simple journey, but Jonathan took it all in stride and was always patiently there with us. He got dialed into exactly what we were looking for, and knew to warn us about things we might not have considered because we arent from the area.The fact that he has personal experience in various aspects of real estate (custom building, property management) also provided us with invaluable advantages.I thought I might have been a tough customer to please because of my background, but somehow Jonathan made it look easy! We came in not knowing a lot about the area, and Brittany gave us a very comprehensive overview of Wimberley and it’s various neighborhoods and commercial areas. She took our requirements and translated them into property showings that were very relevant to what we were looking for, and she didn’t shy away from giving us her true opinion of each property we visited. Once we found the home we loved (which happened very quickly), Brittany was an amazing resource throughout our unconventionally long escrow. My wife and I were both remote for most of the escrow period, and Brittany acted as our “feet on the ground” representative here - she went above and beyond and was able to represent our interests and needs in our absence. She maintained constant contact and ensured that all the i’s were dotted and t’s crossed, and kept us informed throughout.I don’t believe this would have been as successful a purchase if we had a less dedicated and helpful agent.
