We moved to the Rio Grande Valley this summer and I have to say that Ms. Dayna went above and beyond to find the perfect home for us. We only had one weekend to shop for our perfect home due to relocation process and she was able to pull it off. We saw 26 homes in 3 days and every home we saw had exactly what we were looking for so it was a tough decision. She took the time to find houses for us with the things we requested, paid attention to detail, and not once rushed us into making an offer on a home we were not 100 % sure about. All of our questions were answered immediately and our purchase process ran very smooth thanks to her knowledge. We felt very comfortable with Dayna, she made the entire process feel like it was something very simple to do, which is not. But that is how confident she is in her field of work and all our paperwork, appointments, inspections, appraisal, etc....everything, she was 100% on it all the time. At first we had another Realtor. We had her show us a house. After that showing we knew we were not going to work with her. We decided to go with (The BAEZ Team Real Estate.) You were able to tell from the start, what an amazing team they were. (Dayna) The Realtor was filled with answered. Any Question we had, she answered and, if she didn’t know the answer, she would research and get back to us right away. She was very professional, from how she dressed and spoke, to the information she would provide. The communication was clear, asking for details on what we wanted out perfect house to look like.
