My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Erica Cross from The Agency and I will say she was just amazing at every aspect of our home purchase. We were moving from Tennessee to Texas and making such a long distance move, it was very stressful, but Erica was there to relieve all of the stress and made the move very easy on our end. Kerry was great and responded to us fairly timely. Please take into consideration it was the holidays. We did have to ask for a few things as far as pictures and signage that we thought should have been done upfront. She is very knowledgeable, really good at working with first time home buyers on teaching the process, and ensuring the buyers that the home they pick is right for them. Without her and her team we would not have been able to transact our properties and be as satisfied as we are. Youll be kicking yourself if you do not go with them!
