I recently had the opportunity to work with Leticia Riojas, a Real Estate Broker, of the Affinity Group, out of Lake Jackson, Texas. My wife and her three sisters were selling their mother’s home and needed an experienced realtor to manage the sales. Leticia came highly recommended. From the start we knew we had made the right choice. Both Leticia and her partner Ron immediately made us feel like we were collaborating with a team who had our best interest at heart. They are excellent communicators. We experience this when Leticia had to communicate not with one, but with four sellers in one phone conversation, which also make her an excellent listener. She was sensitive, caring, and very professional and most of all calm. On a personal note, we enjoyed getting to know them as good friends. After a couple of weeks, we experienced Leticia’s wonderful sense of humor. Such a trait to possess in an environment that can sometimes be incredibly stressful. I recommend Leticia and the Affinity group to anyone who may be selling or thinking of selling their home. Call me old-fashioned, but I always recommend a company by the level of customer service they provide, and I have to say Leticia and the Affinity group are up there in the exceptional customer service level. The Affinity Group was there from start to end and even with the hurricane in between. Though our realtor Stephy Casares went through the same disaster we did she managed it all with a smile on her face and positive energy. At no point were we rushed or misled but my first home buying experience was enjoyable and stress-free. If you want experts with all the connections and experience - experts with the highest *integrity and over-the-top care* for their clients - stop reading and call Leticia Rojas at The Affinity Group right now.Anyone can say that they will look out for your interests, but Leti Rojas with The Affinity Group truly lives out her word - even if it means she takes a loss! Leti guaranteed us a net amount and even put her own money into repairing my fathers house to get it ready for sale since we are out of state. Sadly, the unpredictable market did not cooperate, and even after negotiating, taking her best offer would leave her taking a significant loss. Instead of negotiating with us, Leti sent us the contract and insisted that we sign! Before we agreed to sign, I hesitated and tried asking how much she spent on repairs because it appeared to me she would be taking a huge loss, and we really didnt want that. Her response? Just go ahead and sign, a deal is a deal!

My husband and I both felt like we were working with a long time friend rather than a real estate agent. If we texted with a question or for an update they would often respond quickly. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Affinity Group Reality & Co. and their entire team. They know the field extremely well. To summarize Affinity Group Reality & Co. made us feel like friends and they made the whole process feel easy. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes =)

I have never met such a strong and devoted team! With that said, I felt like I was part of the team going through my buying process. We were constantly communicating. I knew every detail of every move made through this process. Ultimately, I am now relaxing on my couch in my brand new HOME! I would not be where I am right now without their hard work and devotion. I am a single mother of three that desperately needed help getting into a better living situation. They went above and beyond! I have crown molding, granite countertops and a HUGE yard with an extra large covered deck and carport! They worked so hard on negotiating with the sellers and made all of my dreams come true. Meeting this team was, without a doubt, a blessing!
