Karl did a wonderful job for me as a first-time homebuyer. He very quickly handled all required paperwork and offers, and he helped me makes it jump to McKinney when we werent able to find anything in my budget in Frisco or Plano. Karl was professional and responsive throughout the entire process and we wound up having an offer accepted the same day. If I ever sell my house, he will be the first person I call.

The 2Names Group, led by Karl, was key to our unlocking the puzzle of moving 1600 miles to the Dallas, TX area we knew very little about. As an Architect and Construction Manager, I prepared an analysis of every property I considered. The 2Names Group kept pace with the architectural analysis and provided answers to questions regarding business access, population statistics, neighborhoods salient features, native trees/plants vs. large water consuming vegetation, clay soils vs. properly designed/ stable foundations, etc. In a period of less than a year, The 2Names Group helped our family with the purchase of three properties.
