I’ve been renting for over 10 years in different places, and this has been one of the best companies to work with. Amber is always responsive and friendly. We bought a house and had to end our lease early, and she was very accommodating working with the owner to help us find new renters.The people here care about the people in the community. Some of the other rental companies in the area do not, and have high turnover rates with staff so issues are not addressed. Working with this company has been consistent and feels like working with family. We would trust them to manage properties that we own.

That Realty Place is truly the best property management company that we have dealt with in the Greater Killeen/Copperas Cove area. We have had them care for our rentals for four years now after going through several over the last 24 while being in the military. Incredible all around customer service and personal touch as a local family owned business! After seeing friends go through some difficulties with their property managers, I still, after four years, can not help but think of how we have been blessed with ours. That Realty Place is an incredible property management and Real Estate Agency. They do business honestly. If you have rentals, they will do a superb job for you. They are very balanced in making sure all parties are treated fairly. If there is an issue for either owner or tenant, they will do everything in their power to make it a win-win solution. Along with that, they treat you like family - which has not always been the case with other companies. Having dealt and experienced the pain with a few other property managers as we served in the military, That Reality Place is NOT like other competition that has so much the bureaucratic red tape and lack of customer service. I fully trust That Reality Place with my properties and appreciate them very much!

Thank you again Amber!!! I was genuinely satisfied with her dedication to finding my new home. Amazing personality and easy to work with lady. I’d absolutely do business with her when I want to sale my home, or purchase in the future. Amber is also my property management agent for my old property and she does an outstanding job with keeping me in the know with anything that may arise. She’s a dedicated multitasker, and not only does she juggle but, she’s very good at it. Highly recommend.

I rented from them for two years, great staff, great response to needs and issues. Their communication with the renter is outstanding as they always hit me up to follow up or to inform me of anything especially since I am bad at reviewing my mail lol. I had to move due to my retirement plans, but even after, they did well to communicate with me to help close everything out. Their work order process was awesome, as all I had to do was submit it online, and they would contact me to expect maintenance to contact me. Very flexible especially when circumstances arise, such as COVID. Whenever I had a question, Ashley would be very helpful and assist me. The previous rental company felt like a Company. This Rental Company feels more like a good friend who is there to help. Dont believe me? Just hit me up and I will validate all I am saying. The only reason I moved, was because I had to move into a house to assist a friend which met with my future plans. I would have stayed here had it not been for that. Be honest and upfront with them, and they will do the same!!

I’m Anne Q and I really feel good written this review not only for the public but for myself. In the past of being in Texas over 25 years I have rented had a home and never got to have the amazing experience am about to tell you. 2 years ago I came to That Realty Place rented from them and as time went by they became part of my family but in a professional way. They do care either buying or selling. I have been with other realtors no names but never had the one on one interaction or laughter I have shared with these amazing Ladies. From Kim to Amber and Lisa. I want to thank you again for being my Rental Realtor. Sometimes I’m a pain but at the end I adore them. They work with you family oriented.. I wish I can give them a 10 . The team at That Realty Place are an exceptional group of professionals who provide great care and expertise for all of their clients. Whether in the market for selling, buying or even renting, they are the best option for the local community and the military community in transition. They are quick in response to communication, and genuinely provide a feeling of family atmosphere. Their management of properties is excellent as well, they really care to make sure all their properties are maintained. There are only a couple realty groups that I actually recommend to friends, and they are one of them.

Literally love this place! They are so nice, and respond quickly to any work orders. Amber and Ashley have taken great care of our family! Had to put in an order about the ac on a Friday about 4pm, repair guy showed up within the hour!!!!

When we applied here we had an answer the same day. Ive never had a bad experience with them. Ashley has always been very helpful and has always made sure to keep us informed and up to date on everything. Unfortunately we had to move out of town and we were sad to go but they made that an easy process for us as well. If we ever come back to the area this is the only place we will be going to look for another rental.

I wish I could of stayed with this company. This is the best rental agency in copperas cove, Killeen and harkerheights. Will have maintenance assistance by the next business day. Overall my best experience with any rental agency.
