When selecting a Realtor it is a bit like finding a doctor. You need someone you can trust and build a relationship with because not only are you sharing very personal information you are also expecting honest feedback and professional advice. After a year with another real estate agent and no results and no real honest direct communication we engaged Dale Barnes and TexasVet Real Estate and had an offer in hand within 30 days. Dale and Kevin gave us honest talk, good advice and went to work for us. We doubled the traffic we had over the previous 12 months in just 30 days. Our only regret is not engaging them from the beginning. We very much appreciated their honesty and hard work. Very highly recommended.

Dale was such a pleasure to work with! House shopping can be stressful but he made it much easier and better for my family. This is my first home buying process. He was patient and very aware of when I was nervous to call inspectors etc etc. He handled it all or talked me through it. I found myself running to him on everything even times I should have went to the lender for questions instead, because I felt more comfortable with him. He got me connected with a inspector and company for home insurance (which was the best rate because i checked a few other places). Got me the best deal possible on the house we wanted. I would definitely recommend him and use him again!!

Even though I live a good 1.5hrs away, Dale made sure to be there every step of the way. He knew exactly what we were looking for, and the 3rd house he showed us ended up the winner. He did a great job negotiating on our behalf, and throughout the process he communicated clearly, directly, and often.
