Greg and Dawn have now helped me and my wife purchase and sell multiple homes. There is not a better team out there that can provide as much information while keeping things streamlined and easy for the consumer to understand. I never once felt overwhelmed because of Dawn keeping us up to date with every step. They also save us a ton of money! Cannot express how much they have helped us through these homes. I have never felt so comfortable with a realtor. I would recommend Texas Real Estate Savings to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

This is the third house I have sold in the last couple of years and by far the least stressful experience. I am not experienced at selling houses. We have had some rentals through the years that we are selling. Both Greg and Dawn were patient and knowledgeable. They saved us money not only in the lower percent they charge but also telling me that I was not required to pay for a survey. The last house I sold the realtor indicated that was my responsibility. Greg saved me another $500 on this item alone. The previous realtor I used was working to make a quick sale at my expense. Dawn and Greg kept me informed every step of the way and had answers for my uneducated questions. They wanted to be sure that we were taken care of in every aspect! I would recommend this honest hard working husband/wife team to anyone who plans to buy or sell a home. I dont think you will regret it!

Working with the Willis was an invaluable experience. They saved us so much time and thousands of dollars during a time we needed them most. Gregs consideration in working with our difficult work schedules made the looking process much faster for us. His recommendations for an offer price are what we attribute to their acceptance, as we are in a very competitive market. Dawns attention to detail saved us by catching mistakes in documentation from the other office. Her personal demeanor and caring personality gave me so much confidence. She allowed us to put all of the stress of details on her and allowed us to relax and look forward to our closing day. We look back at our time as first home buyers as a rewarding experience due to the knowledge and professionalism of Greg and Dawn. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.
