Scott is excellent to work with. He is a man of character that is kind, trustworthy, honest and competent. He went above and beyond assisting us as a buying agent while we were out of state. Knowing our situation, he assisted with in inspections and coordinated/oversaw required repairs. He really shined during complicated negotiations with a difficult selling agent. During the process he got us an even better deal on the house than planned and unexpected additional concessions, including an extended home warranty. I really appreciated his diligence, ethics and genuine courtesy. We hold him in high regard and give him our full recommendation.
