Taking this opportunity to commend Katreal Price for her professionalism, diligence and down-to-earth persona. As many can relate, the housing market has been pretty brutal, be it home hunting to buy or possibly rent. While I did settle on a prospect independent of her services, she took the time out to offer assistance, hear me out and offer valuable feedback in the process. Even if a sale or commission doesn’t transpire just that time and consideration I received from Latrice was well worthy of positive feedback to share with the community.I was impressed by her genuine demeanor, as it wasn’t just the ‘what can you do for me so I can make my commission’ type of energy. It was more, how can I help you to find what you’re looking for? She checked back on a consistent basis, providing listings (via text/ email) and congratulated me on an eventual prospect. Texas United Realty is a Brokerage that stands alone from the rest. I was so impressed with Jeannie Rogers and her polite and patient countenance. Mr. Rick Rogers and his wife Kristy are always helpful, lively, and they care about every single agent that is apart of the team. Fernando Loera and his lovely and ever sweet daughter Shelly Loera, worked hard to be a help to any and everyone who calls on them. Ive had so many Brokerages approach me to come with them, but I am dedicated to Texas United Realty and am grateful to work with the agents and professionals that make up this team!
