Haley was highly recommended to us by a friend who lived in the Abilene area and she did not disappoint!My husband and I are currently not in state, but that didn’t even put a wrench in Haley’s exceptional service! She made sure we were comfortable with each step of the process of buying our house! She provided virtual tours both online to “walk through” the house as well as multiple FaceTime calls and actual walk throughs to show us specifics and answer any questions we had!She was extremely thorough, helpful, and most importantly KIND and UNDERSTANDING! We worked with Haley to buy a bigger home for our family this year! We had to sell our home and fast in order to get the house of our dreams. Well, Haley made it happen and happen so smoothly. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions, guided me on how to stage and prepare my home and most of did it all with a kind heart and smile on her face all while praying with us over both homes! I know we weren’t her only clients at the time but she made us feel like we were #1! She is incredible at her job and takes the time to listen and really work with you. I dont think I can adequately describe how easy it was to find a house with Haley handling the reins for us. She was incredibly sacrificial with her time, gracious with our short time frame and occasionally picky style, and very informative throughout the process! As first-time home buyers, we couldnt have asked for a better experience, and that was almost entirely due to Haley. When I contacted Haley to see if she would be willing to go the extra mile to try and sell a home in a short sale to help a family avoid foreclosure, I made the ABSOLUTE BEST call I could have EVER made. I am also a realtor out of the Houston area, so this home was out of my market, but I had to find an aggressive realtor who cared about her clients that had no fear of challenges. Haley dealt with the lender, a short sale company, potential buyers, and the current sellers like a rock star. She is so sweet and honest AND you can tell she is not just trying to make a paycheck off any house - she will not sell you or even show a house to you if she thinks it isn’t a good house and will tell you her honest opinion.
