I think that my wife and I knew right from the first phone call with Brandie that we wanted to work with your firm. Brandie was very straightforward, and got on it right away - we were impressed with her efficiency and her willingness to help us with what was probably a somewhat unusual situation. Also, I would say that Brandie remained cool and consistent during the stressful moments, which for us have always been inevitable in real estate transactions. I would also add that we closed much earlier than we first thought we might. I cant thank you enough for your assistance in securing the right insurance for the property as well. Steven Andrews went above and beyond anything that my wife and I expected to find in a realtor. His professionalism throughout the whole process is unmatched while at the same time being a genuinely nice and friendly person. Mr. Andrews on many occasions spearheaded efforts to streamline the entire process, going so far as to ensure requirements for my VA loan were corrected before the VA loan inspector ever made it to the home, showing a deep understanding for the various requirements that different loan types may include.Mr. Andrews is an excellent communicator. Very rarely did he not answer the phone when I called him and if he didnt I was immediately sent a text explaining why or was called back within minutes. Also Mr. Andrews is very easy to talk to, he is certainly a professional speaker but never talks in such a way as to confuse you or make you feel dumb.Mr. Andrews is also an amazing negotiator. Not only did he personally get our purchase price lower than we had hoped for but also managed to get our closing cost covered and many of the appliances included with the purchase of the home.In closing I must say that I cannot recommend Mr. Stevens enough! I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and will absolutely be sure to recommend him in the future. Steve did an excellent job throughout the whole process. I had been in the market for just over a year with Steve working with me. (the year was due to personal reasons, there was a long break in the middle.) but with the numerous showings that Steve attended, most of witch were not close to where he was based. he did an amazing job. Steve was always there to explain anything needed or to give insight into why something was the way that it was. I did a VA loan and Steve was very knowledgeable in how a VA loan works and what it would take to get one approved. Once we found the house we really wanted Steve made sure the process was quick and painless. I would 100% recommend the Andrews Real Estate Team to anyone in the market to buy a home.
