Rob was an excellent choice and went above and beyond throughout the home buying process! He was very knowledgeable of the area, always fast to communicate, and accommodating of our schedules.The house we bought was furnished, and he proactively went out and took inventory of everything in the house so we knew what would be included. We didn’t even have to ask him, he just did it. He even helped us get quotes from local electricians and handymen to assist with repairs.I highly recommend Rob to any house hunters, and he’ll be our first call if we’re looking to buy in the area again.

He was immediately responsive to our inquiry and gave us very good insight as well as some great alternatives to consider. We truly felt the advice that we received was more in-depth and more helpful to our personal situation than we usually receive from an average real estate agent. In the end, he located the perfect property for us and helped us all the way through the entire decision process.

From start to finish, Rob took care of us and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He knew what we wanted and had a few properties in mind already. He went above and beyond when we closed, as we had just had a baby, he found a notary to come to our home and complete the paperwork, since my wife and the baby had been discharged the same day we were closing. This saved us so much time and made the process even easier. This was the best experience we’ve ever had.

Rob was OUTSTANDING in all respects of our land sale. My wife and I first met Rob when we visited Texas. It was nothing more than walking the lot and a personal chat about the lots value and the prospects of selling. We felt as though from our first meeting that Rob was a honorable professional. He didnt pressure us into either selling or holding onto the property we had owned since the mid 80s. He provided us with a honest assessment of the lands present value and a forecast of the lands future value given the development and the new construction of the area.Jump ahead and year and a half. My wife and I had been inundated with unsolicited cash offers from developers , with a majority of them only a fraction of what Rob told us the property was worth. When we made the decision to sell the property, Rob was our first and only choice to represent us in the land sale.Rob continued to offer his sound professional guidance in selling the lot. When a prospective buyer offered to buy the lot at a fraction of its value, Rob provided us with his objective, professional advice in making a counter-offer, which the buyer eventually agreed to.Please forgive the length of this recommendation but I wanted to provide some context as we were living approximately 1000 miles from New Braunfels. Rob eased our concerns with continuous communication and his sage counsel. Rob took care of all facets of the sale and closing and our biggest concern was to ensure our bank was prepared to receive a wire transfer from the sale of the land.If youre buying or relocating to the Austin to San Antonio corridor and need an agent, Rob should be your first call. Rob has easily earned my highest recommendation. If we relocate to New Braunfels, Rob will easily be my first call.
