My partner and I just bought a home with Jaime and we could not recommend him enough! When we first started the process, I let Jaime know exactly what I was looking for (what was priority and what I was ok with compromising on), and he really made sure he was showing us listings that fit that criteria. He really went out of his way multiple times to keep his schedule open for us because my partner and I work and are students so that was a huge plus as well! Anytime we saw a listing we wanted to see in person and had a tight window, he always came through which allowed us to get an offer in quick on a home that we really wanted!We also had a unique situation where we stumbled on a home we loved that wasn’t on the market yet while under contract on another property, and that same night within 1 hour of making calls and talking to the seller- he got us under contract on the home we wanted!Not only that, we were first time homeowner’s and he was incredibly patient in explaining all of the real estate terminology and recommending what options were best for us, how to best navigate certain situations, etc. He gave us contact information for a bunch of contractors he’s worked with that all charge reasonable prices for home renovations/maintenance which was a huge help as well. He is an expert in his field and genuinely wants what’s best for his clients. The home buying process wouldn’t have been smooth without him! As a first time homebuyer, my experience with real estate agents was minimal, at best, however, being a fellow veteran just like Jaime, I have dealt with a lot of professionals inside and outside the military. Working with him through this process has shown me that he is no different from those extraordinary men and women. Professional, courteous, and patient, he was able to explain all the processes involved and was able to work through my dysfunctional sleep schedule.
