LISTEN!!! If you havent already heard the good news Texas Lane Realty is the best there has ever been, especially their Realtor Shelby Guthrie!!She was the most patient and thorough realtor I could have asked for. She was not just trying to sell me a house but she put in countless hours and miles looking for the PERFECT home for me! Her and I would hash over every house we looked at, pros and cons, we discussed the value of the property in the future when I am ready for my next adventure. I went into my first time purchase with comfort knowing with her professional guidance I had made a good decision.Shelby didnt just help me find a house, she helped me find a home that is just perfect for me!Working with Jennifer as the selling agent on the home I bought was amazing too! I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank Amanda H. For being a wonderful and patient realtor! She was very supportive and easy to communicate with regarding our wants and needs for a home. This was our first home purchase and wouldnt have done it any other way! I would definitely recommend if you are wanting someone family oriented to go with Texas Realty and request for Amanda H. She helped make the biggest stressful decision of our life an easy and smooth process. I know I wasnt the easiest client being picky and all but she was very flexible, patient, and very willing to work with us. Jennifer is down to earth and very approachable. She was patient with the ignorance that we, as first time home buyers, brought to the table and explained everything we asked in as much detail as we required. I probably called her every day throughout the whole process with various questions, and she never hesitated to give me an answer. We had never been through the home buying process before, so being able to pick her brain made it all so much easier. She has an in depth understanding of the legal terms and conditions within each contract and educated us on the whole process from submitting an offer, loan application and closing through escrow. She also coordinated home inspections for us, reviewed the findings and provided us good advice as well as negotiating all the repairs we asked for. I had a buddy buying a home at the same time we were, and was dealing with a different realtor. He was amazed with how much more Jennifer was doing for us compared to what his realtor was doing for him. She went above and beyond our expectations, and always made us feel like we were her top priority. She was quick to respond to emails, texts, phone calls and clearly brought a wealth of knowledge to the process. We had the best possible experience with buying our home and Jennifer was a huge part of that.
