Texas Ideal Properties was such a blessing in a really challenging situation. One of my employees had a sister who committed suicide in Texas (we live in Oklahoma). She suffered from mental illness and the house was a disaster. Texas Ideal Properties walked my employee through the process and sent all paperwork electronically so he didnt have to travel out of state to settle her affairs. They gave him a fair price to settle the estate and took care of every single detail. It was such a huge relief that they were available to help in such a trying situation. Their team was professional, supportive, and knowledgable. I highly recommend them.
