Texas Global Realty was referred to me by a friend in early 2003 after moving from Dallas to Houston, Texas. My home buying experience with Texas Global Realty was synonymous with an exceptional Realtor, Ms. Linda Moore.She was very professional and informative regarding the details of the home buying process. After living “in the loop” for two years, I was contemplating moving back to Dallas as I was new to the area and had very little knowledge about the various locations suitable for my daily commute to downtown Houston. Ms. Moore assured me that she would guide and direct me to ultimately find the suitable home to meet or exceed my criteria.During that time, might I add, it was summer in Houston and Ms. Moore was at least 7 or 8 months pregnant. She would pick me and my daughter up to drive us around to see homes. She would run in the builder’s office and pick up the inventory list, jump in and out of the vehicle to walk us through each home in 90+ degree heat. Although, we offered to do some of the “leg work” ourselves, she was adamant about doing her job as a real estate agent. Even to this day, we still talk about how impressed we were by her tenacity!Thanks to Ms. Moore, I purchased my dream home in the right location with awesome neighbors, unbelievable incentives on the selling price and a great interest rate. Texas Global Realty provided my wife and I the best real estate experience we could ever have ask for. Linda Moore answered every question I had before it even came up in my own head. I got way more than I could ever imagine with Linda. Linda provides First Class Service, She is very professional, patient and responsive. Both of us had our wish lists and must haves, and she came prepared with options to ensure she understood what was important to us, so we didn’t waste our time looking just at any home, but homes we would be interested in!We had the pleasure of working with Linda on purchasing a new home through Village Builders. We were able to close on November 29th, 2021. With not being located in Texas Linda was instrumental even providing a detailed walk-through of our home prior to closing. Prior to our purchase Linda provided us with so much market information and we never felt pressured with her. Without the knowledge Linda had on the market, we wouldnt have been able to be competitive on offers. I was referred to Miss Moore from a friend that she had worked with as she had sold their home and help them find a new one. As soon as I told her what I was looking for she delivered. This woman showed me as a 1st time home buyer that she didnt want to just put me in any house or neighborhood. She guided me with care and was not just trying to make a sale. My experience with Texas Global Reality was amazingggg.. I will definitely refer them to friends and family.
