We worked with George for our house hunting since this March and we got our purchase agreement signed in May. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. We prefer to search houses info by ourselves and ask disclosure info from George. George always responded with our inquries in a timely manner and provided his expertise information. We also like to go to open houses that can save both sides time. We liked the the rebate he provided which was counted towards closing costs in the final closing process. I would recommend George to any friends who like house hunting the way we did.

George is very professional, patient and easy to work with. He never pushed us or tried to influence us to rush in the house hunting. Instead, he is more following, listening and supporting us. He is very flexible and open to be adaptive to clients needs. He is a quick responder. Whenever I need to talk to him or schedule a house visit, he is always responding and acting fast. My family recently moved to Austin. We decided to rent first while looking for a house. It turned out that buying a house in the school district we are interested became a real challenge due to the hot housing market in Austin and the ongoing pandemic. Luckily, we found George who provided tremendous help in this process. After observing several houses gone within 1-2 days after being listed, it became clear to us that we had to take quick actions which put a demand on George. There were multiple occasions that George took prompt actions and scheduled a show for us on the same day that a house was put on the market. Having a responsive realtor like George is critical in the Austin housing market. We finally made an offer to a house we like and our offer was accepted within 3 days that the house was listed.
