Words arent enough to describe the satisfaction with Texas Advantage Realty! The best company to work with who will go above and beyond to help their clients. The realtor that helped us is Mr. Arber Neziri who not only was very professional, however was super helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything so easy and smooth, had so much patience for us, helped us not only to look for a house, but also find a loan officer also. I have asked for help from other realtors prior to knowing Mr. Neziri, but none of them have ever been as professional and as knowledgeable as he has been. Honestly thanks to this firm and to Mr. Neziri. We will always use this firm. My suggestion to everyone is to look no further but choose Texas Advantage Realty!

We had a great experience working with Albi from Texas Advantage Realty. We were purchasing a house while out of state and Albi not only gave us virtual tours of the house, but kept us up to date on the build progress. He also helped us negotiate a fair price with the seller and was very helpful in explaining all the detailed nuts and bolts of the home buying process. Excellent with communications, prompt with actions and responses, and very professional. Highly recommended.

This is to thank you for an excellent experience finding the petfect rental in record time. What really was impressive is our agent Ari Spahiu. We were moving to Texas from California, gave him our needs for a rental home and he had 4 options lined up for us the next day upon our arrival we settled on the fifth option which he located after our fourth tour. Usually that would be the end of our experience, but Ari helped us in coordinating with the leasing agency, and comunicating with them when they would not respond, and have been checking on us 3 weeks after our arrival.Once settled in Houston, our next investment would be buying a home, and as long as your staff proffesionalism is like Aris then you will alwsys have our business.RegardsIssam & Martha Helewa

I have never met a more professional and honest realtor like Ari. We were selling with a different realtor/ company that was marketing our house way below value to make quick cash. He stepped in to ensure I was not getting cheated by his competitor. Ari still reaches out to me just to check in with my new home as it was to far to keep him. My husband and i was driving around looking to buy an investment property ,when we came across Arber’s name on a billboard , we are in the military and we live 3 hours away from the woodlands area where we was looking for a property and Arber was just the right person we needed on those desperate times when prices was killing and other buyers were so competitive Arber was not just helpful and available anytime to look at houses for us but he also made this powerful offer that could not been beat or refused on the house we loved and …it did not end there, he also worked with us finding tenants and making sure the paperwork was done correctly , we have not just found a realtor agent we found a family friend , always there to help , very professional at what he does and above all an awesome human being very rare to find nowadays.We will continue to work with Arber finding our forever home and definitely will refer him to all out friends and families !

Arber & Boris are what you call and define a team they helped me and my wife sell our first home, which was very difficult as we were emotionally attached!
