From day one my husband and I were stressed out and terrified of the entire home buying process. We were intimidated and skeptical. We had very little savings and not super great credit. That was all before we met the Potts Realty Group. We sat down with them and they went over every detail of the process, they answered all of our questions, and helped us understand what to really expect.Then we started looking, and boy oh boy. My husband and I are about as polar opposite as it comes so we could not agree on anything. He liked houses I hated and I liked houses he hated, and it was one flop after another. But Meghan told us I promise you will know when its the right one, dont make a rash decision because youre in a hurry, be patient and trust your gut, when its right you will feel it. She stayed with us through every viewing; evenings and weekends, last minute pop ups and work schedule changes my husband was dealing with. She was so patient and understanding and she invested over A WHOLE YEAR with us while we waited for The One, and then suddenly, on an unsuspecting random Monday morning, we found it!! We found the house we were ready to marry! We walked in the front door and immediately felt like we were home. This was it, and all three of us knew it! She was as excited for us as we were!From that point, we had a 30 day journey with Paige to make it our own. We prepared for the grueling part, the stressful part, the paperwork part. And it never came. I wish I could give more details about her specific role but to be completely honest she and the team handled everything so seamlessly and meticulously that all we had to do was write a few checks, submit a few papers, and start packing so Im not entirely privy to the behind the scenesactivity, she just took the burden and did all the nitty gritty stuff for us. She wrote an offer that covered everything we needed and negotiated on our behalf to get it accepted. Those were the longest 30 days waiting to close on our big beautiful new home!But we made it to closing, and that graduated us over to Crystal, who does closing and moving concierge services for the team. She coordinated reservations for the moving truck for us (which was a complimentary service offered to us as clients of PRG, how awesome is that!?), she tracked down our closing refund check, and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire moving process just to make sure we were doing okay! That is some pretty phenomenal service right there! We are now all moved in and loving it more every day.As first time home buyers we were clueless and lost.
