Working with Terrance was amazing! We were a military family coming from out of state and he made the whole process very smooth. He is always very responsive and always checked in on us. He also helped several friends of ours. I HIGHLY recommend!

I highly recommend Mr. Franklin. He is very knowledgeable and doesnt waist time getting things done. I was a MSgt in the Marine Corps when I met Mr Franklin. I was stationed in Yuma Arizona and had a year to go before retirement. I came to Corpus Christi the first week of June. Terrence found the house me and my wife were looking for June 7th and we closed June 27 in the same month. About a month after closing I received a cash back reward close to $2500.00. This was my fourth house buying experience. First time using Mr. Franklin. Mr. Franklin is a true professional and by far the best real estate I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
