Teri Lucas is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. Ms. Lucas stayed in contact with us daily and utilized all the resources at her disposal, to get financing for the home we were interested in. She listens to your needs and treats you like family. Teri Lucas is an exceptional realtor whom I had the honor of working with to find a home in San Antoinio, Texas. I resided outside of Texas during my search hence, it was important that I had a realtor who was well informed of the desirable areas and communities one would want to live in as well as have an intricate understanding of the style of home I was looking for. If there is something you dont understand she makes sure to explain so you do know what is going on. She is very humble and timely. Teri lucas very nice. Helped me find my home. I called her. Asking about buying my first house. We had a great talk. Informed me about everything. Had a great talk. She gave me a lot of tips and tricks to look for. And found out what I wanted in the house. Meet one weekend. Got appointments for everywhere and extra that I was looking for. And found the one for me. She was with me every step of the way. Very helpful, kind, polite.

I was referred to Teri by Zillow. Within the hour of talking to her we were on the way to see several houses. At 1 pm we saw a house and by 4 pm she was working hard to get everything lined up so I can put an offer on the first house I saw that day. She was moving and groving something fierce. The way she does things makes the whole process easy and fast. After my offer was put in and the sellers accepted it she explained the process of buying a house and the next steps to take. Whenever I had a question she was there and answered no matter what time it was. The day I was set to close we do a final walk through of the house and found several things still broken that the sellers agreed to fix. Teri then immediately got on the phone with the sellers agent and told them they fix it today. The sellers decided to give me a check for $1,000 to fix the garage door. After closing I had the garage repair guy Teri recommend and he got the door fixed for $60!!! I thought that was epic! And she gave me several gifts at the closing table.Teri is an awesome real Estate agent who will work hard for you.
