She sold it at a top dollar price, with with specific marketing to the Dallas market.We had intricate details and issues with the property and Teresa walked through all of them with us and the possible buyers and the transaction closed smoothly.Then, I was looking for the home to be our forever home and could not find one. Teresa found a home on the lake and she designed and remodeled it for us before we moved in.She had excellent ideas and was a delight to work with.
