Alex was the best. As a (fairly confused) renter, I’ve never had a realtor take the time to really help and break things down in a way that made sense. He stayed patient even when a tour added over an hour of traffic when the freeway was shut down. He was consistently communicative - a trait that seems impossible to find lately. He helped us find a perfect house that met all of our needs, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. 🙏

He is extremely knowledgeable and is always on top of keeping you in the loop with your purchase or sale.One of our home purchases was of a HUD home which was new territory for us. Alex guided us through the whole process and gave us excellent advice when we put in our bid for the home.Our most recent work with Alex was to sell our home in Humble. He again gave us great advice and guided us through the whole process. He is always available via phone, text, or email. If hes with another client he gets back with you asap. Markel J. was truly amazing to work with, even though he wasn’t our original realtor he stepped in and worked really hard to find us the right home. We probably drove him crazy sending properties at all hours of the day, requesting last minute showings, but he always managed to get it done. Whenever we had questions or sketchy situations arise, he was already reaching out to the other parties involved to get us answers and advocating on our behalf. You won’t find a better person to be in your corner during such a stressful process in these crazy markets.

As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I couldnt have wished for a better realtor to work with than Alex Eureste. Alex walked us through each step in detail - he explained how to read a comparables report (and why some were more useful than others), followed-up promptly on our questions about individual properties we had seen, guided us to making a competitive offer (when we knew there were already two other offers on the table), explained what to expect at an inspection, and finally walked us through the closing procedure. While that all exemplifies how Alex is clearly good at what he does, it says nothing about how much fun he made going through the whole process. When we started the home search process I was sure I would feel anxiety come closing day, but working with Alex instilled confidence in me that we had found the right home for us. Two months have gone by since moving into our new home and I can say without a doubt we made the right choice: both in the home we purchased and in working with Alex as our buyer representative.
