Lute rates higher than 5 stars! My elderly mother could no longer live in her home and had to move to another community. I became responsible for selling her home and knew nothing about the Gatesville real estate market. I researched online and found Lute and chose him to sell my Mom’s home. I was initially skeptical that a real estate agent could garner such high marks from former clients; however, after meeting him and working with him a few weeks I quickly came to realize Lute is a caring real estate agent who puts the client first. I dreaded the selling process because I live 3 hours away and the thought of frequent drives exhausted me. With Lute’s expertise I never had to travel to Gatesville for the selling process. Everything was completed online which helped save me travel time and cost and allowed me to not have to take off from work. My Mom never had to leave her new home to sign paperwork because of the online options Lute arranged, and the title company came to her for the closing. How amazing is that? Lute was great at connecting me to repair people so that my Mom’s home could have necessary repairs before it sold. His insight into the housing market and patience with me in selling the home was especially helpful. He was also great at keeping me updated on what was happening with the home. Five stars to me is too minor for the amazing work Lute did for me and my family in getting my Mom’s home sold. I think a rating of “10” is more appropriate.

We wanted to sell our property that was four hours away from us. I searched local real estate agencies on line and chose Lute at Tejas to contact first. I was impressed with Lute and we both understood it might take awhile to sell in these current economic times. Lute was attentive and in contact throughout the process and the land actually sold sooner than we thought it would. While we’ve talked, texted and emailed, we’ve never actually met. Went above and beyond. We were trying to sell my moms house, which hadnt been kept up with in a few years. It was in rough shape, and I was skeptical wed ever be able to sell it. Lute stepped in and organized the cleanup, walked me through our options and kept me informed every step of the way. In addition to being a great realtor, hes also skilled with home repairs and was able to fix a few issues himself. He removed one of the largest bee hives I have ever seen from one of the exterior walls and fixed and dry-walled the hole afterward. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Lute. I’m a single mom of 4 living out of state. Lute took care of everything for me. My Mama, Eldena Tucker, developed vascular dementia and due to medical and memory loss issues and for the past two years to my dismay has to reside in a memory loss facility.It was a very difficult decision as my Mama’s legal guardian to have to sell the residence that was called home by my deceased Daddy and my Mama.I researched realtors in the Gatesville area and chose Lute Sullins since he is rated the number one realtor . Lute was very professional and did an excellent job of procuring a buyer and got an offer that I never dreamed imaginable for the residence that was uninhabitable and I couldn’t even obtain home owners insurance on it!Now my Mama has a substantial amount of money to pay for her private pay care for a good length of time.Lute is much more than a realtor to me! It was a very emotional and painful experience to have to sell the home of my parents. It was admitting to myself that my Mama would never be able to return to her home. I was very distraught. I was crying while discussing this business transaction with Lute. He actually stood in my Mama’s dining room and prayed for me and my Mama. He is a good Christian man. He was so compassionate and consoled me.Lute became more than my realtor. He became one of the best friends that I have.Lute knew that I had been displaced from my apartment due to mold toxicity. If a very dear friend had not offered me a place to stay I would have been homeless. This is the 2nd time we used Lute and Tejas Realty. After our 1st experience, there was no doubt who we were going to use for a sale. Lute is responsive, capable, congenial and his head is in your sale not in his pocket book. He sold our fairly expensive home in 2 weeks! I couldnt believe it! But thats just how good and attentive to his clients needs he is. This time we had quite a few problems trying to closing due to the lender. He checked the parties involved often to keep the ball rolling. And when I had a short turnaround time to receive the funding for my new house, Lute called the next morning to be sure the wire transfer had come through. When it didnt, he went back to work for me. I dont care what your doing in real estate, you need to talk to Lute first; Tejas Realty realty is worth its weight in gold!
