Megan and her team were extremely helpful in helping me renovate and sell my house. It needed major renovations prior to listing, and Megan referred an excellent contractor and did a lot of the legwork helping pick cabinets, new appliance, new fixtures, updates to the external design, changes to the floor plan, and everything else that needed doing. Trying to do major renovations like that remotely could have been an absolute nightmare, but Megan made it as easy as possible and inspired confidence every step of the way.

Megan Behan came into our lives at the perfect time. We wont burden with details, but at the same moment we were beginning this adventure into the sell of our home we were faced with a very difficult situation. Megan literally stepped by our side and, rather than focusing on pushinh to get the house on the market and the money, she focused on my family and our needs. Her compassion, concern and thoughtfulness were worth more than I could ever express. When we were able to refocus, Megan was right there to offer assistance, guidance and a plethora of knowledge. She understood the area and the market, which helped us tremendously when it came to the most important part-- pricing. Her guidance did not stop there, she assisted with giving input to ensure we set the house to show well. When it came to understanding the offers and sifting through them, she explained all aspects of each offer and helped us to break them down and compare them. She truly is thorough. Her team, well, they are top notch. They support one another and it shows. They all work as a very well oiled machine. What we appreciated through the entire experience was that Megan and her team were not focused on making the money, but being quality realtor team. We chose Megan because we we saw how fast a property she was representing down the street sold. When she came out to meet with us she had done her homework and was very informed about our area. She had data to back everything she said. After we decided to list with her she had a professional photographer take excellent pictures of our property. Literally, the first person that looked at the house after it went on the market signed a contract and we closed a month later. I was impressed at how quickly she responded to all my questions all hours of the day and night. Very professional and knowledgeable about real estate. I would recommend Megan to my closest friends and family.
