Ive worked with John & Sarah @ TCP for several years both with property management and selling property. They are professional and get the job done! I never need to worry as they are always on top of everything and they have fantastic communication and follow up. My husband Travis and I met John in 2003 when we were selling our first home together. John was referred to us by someone we trusted, and he became a friend almost immediately. We trusted Johns intentions and we were grateful for his real estate knowledge. He brokered an excellent deal for us on that first sale, and our experience was so good that we used him again for three more home investment purchases and sales in the following 12 years. Johns enthusiasm for real estate and for helping people make great investments was so infectious that my husband and I both chose to began a second career working alongside John and Samantha at TCP Real Estate. Our brokerage is an incredibly uplifting and grounding place. It sounds impossible, but truly everyone there is genuinely invested in doing the right thing, and in helping people with their most important investments. We were all real estate clients long before we were real estate professionals, and we havent forgotten what it feels like to be on that side of the transaction. TCP Real Estate is a safe place to grow your investment.

John was a real professional real estate agent. He was courteous, professional, extremely responsive, and highly knowledgable of the market and area. He brought me well above 15k over what other agents had anticipated in house value. He guided and assisted where necessary through every step of the process. I value his services and would recommend him to any person looking for a serious real estate experience. John proved his value time and time again. It was the first time I felt like the real estate agent commissions were a bargain for the value he brought to the table.

I wanted to take a moment and explain how satisfied I was with Alan Barrington, Tara Rothe, and the TCP Real Estate company. This was my first time purchasing a property, so, as expected, I was nervous, unaware of the home-buying process, and overall, needed much guidance. Alan in particular was extremely patient, informative, and made the entire situation pleasant for me! He created a comfortable and confident environment that resulted in a great value purchase! Alan knows the Austin market very well, showed me many properties, and was always around when I need to speak via email, text, and phone calls. Furthermore, Alan put me in touch with a fabulous leasing agency that was equally wonderful to work with! Overall, I would give TCP even more than 5 stars, if possible. For new or experienced home buyers, Alan and his team will ensure you make the right decision, and truly help you every step of the way.

My wife and I were relocating to Houston from Denver. The original realtor that I was set up with just didnt work out. And based on a recommendation from a friend, I got hooked up with John and then Betsy. Overall, the experience with John and Betsy was great. They really honed in on what was important to us and ensured that the properties that were shown met our needs.They came to meet us at our hotel in Houston. We started with an orientation of the city (since my wife and I are both new) and looked at various neighborhoods. Although it was Mothers day weekend, we didnt feel rushed or pressured. With each house showing, John and Betsy continued to understand us better and better regarding things we wanted and didnt want. Once we found a house, John was extremely helpful through the offer, negotiations, and explanation of Texas Real Estate laws. Throughout the whole process, I felt that our interest were placed above all else.Bottomline: If you need a realtor, I definitely recommend John and Betsy.

I worked with Martha Bowles to find a lease situation in Austin that met the criteria of our strange location requests and the fact that we have two Great Danes. She was not only completely on top of it, sending me updates and calling landlords to beg them to consider my massive dogs, but she was SO patient with me. Honestly, I cant believe how much time she took, and was amazingly optimistic every time I changed our search criteria a bit. LOVE HER. I would highly recommend her to anyone, regardless of your native or newcomer status in Austin!!

Lisa kept in constant contact with me, to ensure I was receiving the proper listings and treatment. She had to show me only a few places before I found the right new home, since she had performed her due diligence to make sure all criteria matched my needs. I highly recommend Lisa Quiroz for her service and expertise, and TCP Real Estate for their keen eye for talent and professionalism.

There are a ton of realtors working in the Austin market and it can be overwhelming when trying to choose. Look no further, John Cotten at TCP Real Estate is the guy you need. From day one I was impressed by his commitment to our family. Some realtors just stick a sign in the ground and think their job is done. Watching John work showed me how much more there is to the job and that is why he is so successful in his profession. He was in constant contact with me every step of the way, giving me updates on weekends and any time I called. He even drove to my office when it was convenient for me. He guided us through the entire process of making repairs on our house, pricing it right, and getting it sold quickly. John restored my faith in customer service and I cannot say enough about the professionalism we received from him and every member of his team. Our house was a unique sell and we faced challenges but I never felt the pressure because John was there to see it through to the end. I was so impressed by John we also worked with him to close on another house in Austin. Once again his service and personal touch was flawless. We are in a great home and there is no way we could have had an experience so positive without the help of John Cotten. During this process John was more than a realtor, he became a lifelong friend.

TCP is the Best!!!! John sold our house a couple of weeks ago. He came over and told us what we needed to do and expect over the process of selling our home. He is well versed in the home selling market of when is the best time and how to go about getting you what you want when you sell your home. He also helped us get our new house as well and he did everything in his power to show us as many houses as he could in a day absolutely will use TCP again.. Carl Smoller was recommended to me by a colleague and we had an exceptional first-time home buying process with him. I cant speak highly enough of him. He is extremely responsive via email, text, and phone which was a critical part of the buying process when it felt like homes were selling in hours in Austin. Carl did a great job of asking us the right questions when we went to showings. He listened to our thoughts and respectfully pushed back on things he did not agree with us on. Working with John Cotten at TCP Real Estate was a fantastic experience! We were relocating to Austin from Chicago and were completely new to Austin. John took plenty of time with us, showing us around Austin and he does this with incredible enthusiasm. This is a man who comes alive at work: loves working in real estate, loves the city of Austin - and it shows! Responsive. Knowledgeable. Upbeat. Experienced. He showed us many neighborhoods and described what we could expect in each, including proximity to restaurants, shopping, highways and commutes; you name it - he knows it. When it was time to narrow down and look at houses he is just the person you want with you – so knowledgeable in real estate and also with a sharp eye for understanding the condition (and if needed, resale potential) of each home we viewed. Adam Fogelsong has to be the best and most knowledgeable realtor in Texas.I had been shopping for the perfect place, off and on, for years and Adam was always patient and available to help me and answer questions when potential properties popped up. He never pressured me to settle on anything or make a quick decision.With each and every property, he took the time to weigh the pros and cons with me. Whether from the stand-point of me living in it as a primary residence, as a rental, as a seller in regards to my investment/equity position, etc. he always took his time and was extremely thorough in making sure I understood all aspects and options for each individual property.His knowledge and patience is unprecedented. So, when I finally found the perfect place and was ready to make an offer, I felt completely comfortable pulling the trigger and felt MORE than competent in making the final decision.I cannot recommend Adam enough and know that anyone who has the pleasure of working with him, will be in the absolute best hands in Texas!!
