We are a young and growing family of 3 actively looking to buy our first home in what is probably the most competitive housing market in history. After working with 3 different realtors in 2 different markets, my wife and I were referred to TBT by a good friend about thee months ago. After an introductory conversation with Tammie, she connected us with Kennon Henry. Kennon went from being our agent - to our advisor - to our good friend and confidante. We are picky (maybe too picky), we ask a ton of questions, we are nervous and excited, on and on and on. But Kennon has never made us feel like a burden. Quite the opposite. She has always - and I mean ALWAYS been available when we needed her, had a question or wanted to view a property on short notice. She has walked us through a contract at 10:30pm, answered texts at midnight and much more. We have gotten close to making at least one careless decision and if it werent for Kennon, we may have gone through with it. Ive never questioned her integrity or her genuine investment in my family. She is honest and transparent - tells us what she knows and what she doesnt, provides recommendations when she can and when its appropriate, and she just does it the right way. David with TBT is the true meaning of TRUST when it comes to the real estate business. I reached out to David 7 months ago without any knowledge of what it took to buy a home. David took the time and explained each step with me from beginning to the end. You have some realtors out to seek money, but he is the individual that’s going to examine the home with you along the way to make sure you get what you deserve. The market industry is a massacre right now and I must admit I was changing what I wanted in my home every other day lol. David was patient with me and every home I wanted to see appointments were made immediately.
