We used a VA loan to purchase a home in a very in-demand neighborhood. Taylor was very knowledgeable and straightforward throughout the whole process. We ended up in the perfect location in an amazing house. As a veteran, I’ve always been a little intimidated by the VA loan process, but Taylor really helped us every step of the way.She’s responsive and very professional. We’ll be using her again for any future real estate purchases!

We have used Taylor twice so far. I say that because if we buy another house, I’ll be using Taylor again. She is very attentive to the home buying “wish list” and keeping you informed of homes coming to market (even before they actually list). Taylor was very patient with us (we took almost 6 months to find our perfect house) and she would regularly drive in rush hour traffic, just to look at one single house.Once we decided on a home, Taylor was quick to get an offer written up and sent to the seller’s agent and following up with the agent for any information possible. This is our third home purchase and although it was not an easy process because of the market, Taylor made it as easy as it could be to navigate.Long story short- Taylor is amazing at her job and has a wealth of knowledge. You won’t find anyone better to help you find your new home.

We recently moved from San Diego to Aubrey, TX. During the transition, we were still living in CA and needed a realtor in the North Dallas area who would not only help us find our new home but also be there for us when we were unable to be present. We connected with Taylor through Veterans United, and she was incredible throughout the whole process. She kept us informed, sent pictures of the progress of our new home (we decided on a new construction and it was still being built), and was present when we were unable to be. She answered all our questions, addressed concerns, and was always available. She turned a situation that can be stressful and overwhelming into a smooth, flawless one.
