We have used Dyron when buying and selling our house and we plan on using him to buy our new house. Dyron is honest and trustworthy.His staff is great. We love Dyron and Zach! We have not doubt the staff behind the scenes are just as amazing. Zach was so helpful in preparing us for the sale of our house. Dyron was very good at making sure we understood everything and had no problem explaining anything we asked. They walked us through the entire process. Selling and buying is stressful, especially when it is your first time and you really dont know the ropes. We trusted their advice and did everything they asked of us. Which was really just items in preparing to put out house on the market. They always answered our texts and phone calls in a timely manner. Buying and selling a home can be an incredibly stressful process. Add in a global pandemic, upended childcare, economic downturn, and a pregnancy, and some people may say you are a bit crazy. Dyron Taylor is not one of those people. Ever since we began engaging with him to start this process, he has been nothing but positive and patient. Everyone at The Dyron Taylor Group has been fantastic to work with, and helped make this as smooth as possible.When it came to selling our home, Dyron made several visits to check up on our progress for getting things ready, and he made some suggestions for things we may want to update or change (as well as things that we should not spend money on). As soon as we were ready to list, Dyron and his team sprang into action. We met with a professional to get advice on staging, had beautiful pictures taken, and even had an incredible 3D virtual tour created to highlight our home. Even with COVID in full swing, we had several showings and 2 offers in the first 5 days. Dyron helped us with some negotiations and we accepted an offer at our full asking price.When it came to buying a new home, we started to think we had made a mistake. Inventory was low, and anything that was listed was moving fast. We dragged Dyron all over town looking at properties, and left each underwhelmed. The Dyron Taylor Group will ALWAYS be our FIRST recommendation to someone looking to sell or purchase a home in the Central Texas area.Dyron has listed and sold three different properties for my husband and I. Most recently, Dyron listed and had under contract TWO separate properties in LESS THAN ten days! Full disclosure- one of the properties had been listed by another agent for months and had not sold. Dyron helped my wife and I buy our first house and we were very impressed with him and his team. Dyron is personable, professional, and always available. He never took more than 15 min to respond to questions and made my wife and I feel like we were his only clients. The transaction itself was smooth and easy. We used his recommended inspector, structural engineer, etc and were very impressed. He took the extra effort to allow me to complete the transaction remotely while working long hours. He also continues to take care of his clients after the transaction and made himself available to help me through the homestead exemption process 6 months after the transaction. Ive been knowing Dyron for about 3 years or so. I was initially looking at properties in San Marcos where I work. Then I went with an apartment in Austin instead for 2 years. He always kept in contact and sent his newsletter to keep me updated on things going on with his group. Then when the time came around to look at houses again, we picked right back up looking in the Austin, Buda, and Kyle areas. Dyron is very informed and knowledgeable about this industry. I always felt comfortable asking for his opinion and telling him exactly what I was looking for; knowing I would get an honest response. We eventually landed on a nice 3-bedroom single family home in the Bunton Creek subdivision of Kyle. Its a very nicely constructed home, in a diverse neighborhood, with the necessary amenities nearby. Deremy, who is a new realtor with this group was also very helpful throughout the process. He consistently checked in to see how I was feeling about the process and the purchase and made sure to communicate with the builders effectively. Overall, their consistency, knowledge, and care is what makes them the best. If I am looking for another home in the Central Texas area in the future, I will be calling them back for sure. Dyron is all you need in a realtor. We always felt top priority, we went under contract to build a home in August of 2017 and during the 7 month build he was there every step of the way. All the confusing parts seemed so easy with his help explaining and walking us through it all. He was always available to help and take calls to answer any and all of our questions. After getting few inquiries on my property, Dyron, working with his team and colleagues, discovered a hidden Multi-List service that had better exposure for my property then the Austin MLS service. In spite of the challenges, Dyron invited me to meet with his team one Saturday morning to discuss the challenges and a strategy to get the property sold. Within a couple of months, and a few offers that failed to materialize, his team got my property sold! Dyron even travelled to Comal County for the closing to ensure a smooth sale. Great Job!!!
