Let’s face it. Looking for a house is one of the most stressful things one has to face. From finding the right home based on your budget, to figuring out the right offer price once you’ve found it. But working with Taylor Real Estate, especially with Anna Reyna as your realtor was a walk in the park! She provided us with several home options and always promptly followed through with our questions. The breakthrough that landed us our perfect home was when Anna presented to us a home that just took a price cut which exactly fit our budget. I have nothing but great things to say about Taylor Real Estate and Anna Reyna and Michael Taylor in particular. This was my first ever home purchase and I needed a lot of hand holding through the entire process. From the very first communication of my wants and needs, Anna was straightforward and on top of everything. When things started lagging she was was always pushing for me. She was always letting me know the status of things and because she knows Im not much of a texter she would call me and take my calls no matter the day of the week or time of day (not that I abused that privilege). After my inspection came back Michael walked me through the house again at my request, going over those things I was concerned about and taught me about things I could take care of myself easily and the things that were important to ask the seller to repair. I really appreciated that because like I said Ive never owned a home before. All in all I felt taken care of and rallied for until the last minute on closing day. And I got a house warming gift that was perfect since I love plants. Definitely felt the love ❤. I would recommend this Realty company for everybodys next home purchase!!

Amazing realtor! Weve used Michael Taylor twice, once as a buyer and once as a seller, and could not have had more positive experiences. He is incredibly responsive, and helped us price our property where we could sell it at the right time and for a great price. Anna was on top of things. We had our house on the market previously with a local agent, and Anna found numerous discrepancies including incorrect square footage, we had city vs septic which can be huge factors in a sell of a home. She updated us almost daily and had an answer for everything. If not, she found it. Very determined and passionate about her job and always had a smile. Highly Recommend her as your agent!
