My husband and I built a new home and Blake is very knowledgeable about new construction which was super helpful especially since I was out of town for almost the entire build job. Ive been through the home buying/selling process several times in Austin, but Ive never before had such a skillful, dedicated, patient, and compassionate team of expert realtors working together to obtain an outcome for me that vastly exceeded my expectations.This time I was the seller, with plans to rent after. Blake meticulously calculated an asking price and a successful strategy that I was very happy with. He told me in October that I could be in my new place before Thanksgiving, and he and his team made that happen!Johnathan was delightful to interact with. He promptly answered all my questions along the way and ensured that every detail that needed to happen along the way was taken care of, resulting in a very smooth process. And he was wonderful at showing my home.Nicole persistently searched high and low for a rental that had all of the features I wanted. Combine that with a short time to closing and we were found ourselves scrambling to catch up. Maybe it was the great staging, the fantastic photos or the attention to detail of their marketing campaign.Be careful using Taylor Real Estate unless you are ready for the home to sell fast and for the amount you want.
