As first time homebuyers in our 50s, my wife and I were full of apprehensions that we may never be able to own a decent home. We were even more anxious about talking to a realtor or a lender. We hoped we could trust Tanya because she was a friend from church. But she turned out to be a far better friend as our realtor than we could have ever hoped for.She told us at the beginning she was going to hold us accountable to finding a home we would love. And she did. She guided us through every step of the process, handled everything professionally, and helped us turn our fears into hopes and joys. All of this, and she kept meticulous track of all the details we needed to tend to that would have been so overwhelming without her guidance.Five months later, we celebrate every day the absolutely wonderful choice she helped us make. Because of the thoughtful questions she asked, the home she helped us find fits us better than any dream home we could have imagined. Best of all, we had so much fun every step of the way. Thanks to Tanya we simply adore our new home!

Tanya Browne is one of the best realtors in the Dallas area. An absolutely wonderful woman!! She was patient with me, helped me find the best options in our price and area. She helped us with the whole process beginning to end and made the whole experience a positive one. Id been looking on my own with no luck and increasing frustration.
