I did not need help with locating a home because what I was specifically looking for was abundant in the area I was looking to reside in. My wife and I recently sold our first home and we listed it with Tanika Donnell, besides buying this house in 2011, this was the smartest decision we have made, in terms of real-estate. Tanika was the exact person we were searching for, when we made the decision to sell this home and pursue building a new home.We met with Tanika one evening, expressed our desires and that we were meeting with a builder the following morning, not only was she great to talk to that evening, she arranged her schedule the next day to meet with us and the builder and we never looked back from there!Tanika has made this entire process smooth, void of stress and exciting. I interviewed several realtors before choosing Tanika and her team - Tanika is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer nearly any questions you have. The most important thing I can say about Tanika and BaTiBa is that they CARE about you as a buyer. They listen to your needs and create a strategy to help you achieve your goals. Even when we changed our mind on certain preferences, they remained patient and quickly adjusted the approach. We had issues with our loan officer and the sales agent for the new build community, but BaTiBa and Tanika helped us navigate the situation even when things didn’t look good. There were several barriers that could have prevented us from getting out home, but BaTiBa and Tanika stood by us through it all. Simply put, you can’t get better than this team!

She knows her stuff! My favorite things about both Tanika and Jkiaya is they will be honest with you 100%. Jkiaya was great at helping us get homes and figure out if we were settling and/or when we may need a change of perspective (especially with cosmetic things). Tankia made sure that we were well aware of what it took in our offers to win YET she made sure that we thought through what it would look like financially and that we were comfortable with our offers. We had a seller back out which was devastating, but Tanika and Jkiaya didn’t give up on the process. Now in the end we have a beautiful home in the area we have wanted to live in for years. Y’all… Ashley and Tanika were, by far, the greatest assets I have ever had in the home-buying process, and they each had unique strengths that helped me from the first call, to closing. As an Armed Forces veteran financing with a VA loan, I knew the process required some specialized talent with understanding the VA approval process, and what VA inspectors look for to protect veterans from home-buying pitfalls. Ashley was that specialist for me. She knows her stuff. Not only that, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that as Ashley and I walked through potential homes, she heard me and really listened as I developed my mental checklist for my ideal home. I went through the process of weeding out houses that didn’t meet my criteria, and Ashley was there, every step of the way. She was patient and kind as house after house wasn’t the right one, but as I fine tuned my ideal, she helped me find the perfect home. How can I say this and make you understand how extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind hearted, and an absolute breath of fresh air Tanika Donnell is! I think it was a blessing from God actually (no lie). I have had very underwhelming results with realtors in the past so when I started my search for a realtor to sell my mothers house and help me with the purchase of our new home (multi generational home) I was very skeptical. I wanted someone who would take the time to answer our questions, guide us in the process, provide those industry wisdoms, and make recommendations based on our goals. OMG, did God deliver or what!? While searching Zillow for homes I sent a tour request to see a home, and was asked by Zillow did I have an agent. Well after selecting No, within minutes my phone rang and it was Tanika on the other end.
