    I had the pleasure of working with Dani, my partner and I were renting our own place and as first time renters, it can be very overwhelming, but Dani made everything so easy for us and took so much of that stress off of our shoulders. She was very informative, quick to respond, and extremely patient and supportive. As a first time renter I had so many questions and just bombarded her with it all and she answered all of them without hesitation and made sure I felt comfortable with asking even more questions. We had so many ups and downs during this process and Dani was the only one who would take care of it right away and communicate everything with us and the landlords so effectively.     I thank God that I was assigned KATIE DVORAK as my agent! She assisted me thru the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. ONE day Prior to Closing, the Lender, PennyMac, decided not to approve the loan. This meant I was going to lose over $7,000 dollars that I had already given in earnest money. She immediately jumped in and was able to get Gateway Mortgage o my case. They approved and closed the loan in 5 days! I also want to thank Todd and Erica Brinkley of Gateway Mortgage for their quick action (also Military Veterans).     I crossed paths with Realtor Katie Dvorak while she was assisting her client with some information on a rental house next door to me. Unfortunately that house next door has someone using the information to scam people out of deposits and payments. Two different families showed up on the same day expecting to move in, only to find that they were scammed. Luckily Ms.Katie was verifying information and protected her client from being another victim. She then also reported the agency and is following up with the information. She is definitely thorough and works in the best interest of her client. Although I don’t have a need for a realtor at the moment, I definitely saved her information.
