It was a real pleasure working with Diana at Swingle + Co Realty. I wasnt sure whether I really wanted to sell or rent my home but Diana helped by explained the pros and cons to doing both. She was extremely patient and eased my decision making process. In the end I chose to rent my home. Diana made the process painless from beginning to end.After our initial meeting she let me know what changes I needed to make to get my house ready for renters. It was very easy to communicate with Diana...she paid attention the the details and answered all my questions. Within the span of three weeks of listing my house for rent, I have renters.Diana made the process incredibly easy. I met Jordyn Swingle by pure luck. We had bought and sold twice prior to needing to do it for a third time. In my prior experiences, the realtor treats you like a cookie cutter and forces your circumstances to fit into their common transactions whether it is correct for you or not, but Jordyn was different. She took the time to listen what our immediate needs were and how unique our situation was in the volatile 2020/2021 real estate market. I can say, with complete confidence, that our transaction turned out the way it did based on her sheer will, determination and dedication to see it through.
