Susanna was very responsive and helpful during the process of listing our house. Her optimism about the market was comforting as we got ready to relocate out of state. The house sold quickly—we were lucky that we were able to identify buyers—but Susanna made all the steps easy.

Susanna was recommended by a friend. She came and looked at my home. She provided valuable information in order to make my home ready for sale. She helped with finding contractors for some of the work that I had problems locating contractors. I had moved to my new home that was a couple of hours away. I had a contract within days of listing. During this process a hurricane visited Galveston. Susanna went into the house to ensure that there was no damage Susanna. Part of the fence was blown down. Susanna find several contractors for me. I was able to get the fence replaced. Susanna was wonderful throughout the process. My home sold. I am grateful for all of Susanna hard work.
