Susan was very helpful in our search for a house. As a first time home buyer we did not exactly know what may be a good deal or what some red flags were in houses and in house listings. Susan was very patient as we looked at a lot of houses over a couple months and took lots of time looking at houses that we did not end up liking. Once we decided on a house we liked Susan helped us close, find a house inspector, find a good mortgage company and get to closing without any issues. Susan was a great agent and we will definitely look for her if we end up looking for a house again.

When selling our house, Susan was great to work with. She provided knowledgeable services about the market and helped us list and sell at the price we hoped for. Due to our downsizing to a home half the size and a quick closing, we had no time for an estate-like sale. Susan went the extra mile and personally helped us sell or find homes for many of our unneeded pieces. She was amazing. We recommend Susan highly.

If there were an award for Worlds Best Realtor, Susan would win, hands down.Susan helped me sell a home in far North Dallas. This was my 6th home residential real estate transaction, and Susan was outstanding in every aspect of the listing, showing, negotiation, and closing. The important ways Susan distinguished herself from others Ive worked with included:-She operated on the basis of trust, and didnt insist on immediately signing a listing agreement. In fact, we didnt sign the agreement until after the next five items were done and she was financially exposed.-She filled me in on the ways real estate sales are handled today, compared to when I bought the house 17 years ago. For example, she noted that buyers do all their shopping on their phones, so photos need to be tailored to that medium.-After walking thru the house she promptly delivered an analysis of comps, price history ($$ per sq ft) of homes recently sold, and what comps suggested the home should be priced at.-She presented a comprehensive explanation of how she would market the property-She covered the cost of a staging expert, and sent notes from the meeting with her so I had an itemized list of suggestions-She covered the cost of a professional photographer to snap interior and exterior pics that friends and family marveled at-She explained that showings are managed through an app, and set me up to receive and respond to showing requests-She prepared a spreadsheet of the pros and cons of the multiple offers received after first weekend of showings, and supported my request for a 1-month free lease back so I had time to find a new residence-She worked closely with the buyers agent to agree on a list of repairs that cost me less than 1% of the selling price, and allowed us to go from offer to closing in 3 weeks-She offered to help me sell my extra furniture on Facebook marketplaceI cannot recommend her more highly, and she will be my go to agent as long as Im in Dallas. If you have a house to sell or buy, dont hesitate to call her!!!
