The moment I met Susan at an open house, a few years ago, I knew she had integrity and I could trust her. She did the unthinkable and told me not to hurry and buy any home yet wait until she could find us the home we really desired. Her knowledge around best areas to live, quality of homes to buy and her personal involvement with funding relationships made her an invaluable asset. With her background in interior design, she helped us with color selections and design decisions that would have been overwhelming without her. She is responsive, wise and funny which is helpful in the process. She is the full package in every aspect of home buying. Susan is the epitome of what a realtor can be to a home buyer.

My experience working with realtor Susan Sine can be summed up in one word; exceptional. The level of professionalism, the level of friendship, the level of experience and compassion, was amazing. Susan not only provided us with answers to each question we asked, but made sure we clearly understood what we were viewing, what we were getting, along with all the whys of each decision we made or were going to make. Let me start out by saying that no words are going to do Susan enough justice for her talents. Susan helped us find our dream home in Fall 2021. She held our hands through the entirety of the process and always put our thoughts, feelings and comfort first. We toured more homes than we could count and she was always available, very professional, calming and knowledgeable with every home and area we looked at. Once we were under contract on a home, the process was seamless, or at least seemed that way to us, because she worked on so much behind the scenes and handled any and all issues that arose. Susan was our biggest advocate during what could have been a very stressful process. We feel so fortunate to have found our home and couldn’t have done it without Susan!
