Susan brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and expertise. As a younger millennial, I was fearful of the market and didnt think I would have the ability to purchase my home at such a young age. Susan helped educate me, she gave me the tools necessary to feel confident and she was instrumental in showing me the best areas in town! We had so much fun together and it was a very comfortable experience. During the peak of competition in the real estate market in early 2021, Susan masterfully negotiated and helped me acquire my dream starter home. Ive been in my home for over a year now and am still shocked to this day about how easy the entire experience was. She also took really good care of my friends after helping them find their dream starter home too. I highly recommend her.

This was our fifth home purchase between my husband and me — with as many realtors representing us over the years — and Susan was head and shoulders the best agent that either of us have ever encountered or worked with. This last move was by far our most complicated, relocating 2000 miles from Boston to Dallas, purchasing what would become the most expensive home for either of us.When we first met Susan, my spouse was being recruited to Dallas, but we had never spent any time in Texas before. We were unsure that we’d ever want to leave Boston at all. Susan very smartly (and generously) spent an entire day showing us a range of neighborhoods and properties in Dallas to familiarize us with the city.
