Susan did a fantastic job for us. We worked with her on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. She is very experienced and extremely knowledgeable of the housing market in the area and what buyers are desiring. Because of that she was tremendously helpful in giving us advice and direction on how to best present and showcase our home in order to realize its maximum value, including documenting all of the improvements we had made prior to going on the market, a very important point in the process that no other realtor had asked us for in the past. She provided very good information and great advice for us to help us make our decisions. She did not make decisions for us…she gave us that information and guidance to allow us to make the decisions we needed. We were in a unique position where we had bought a spec home that was due to be completed about three months after we actually put our existing home on the market. She was extremely diligent and worked very hard and we were afforded the exact scenario we needed to meet our needs in terms of the closing on both homes. She took the time to do visits with us to our new home and helped us work through what was ultimately very favorable deal for us there, too. Finally, Susan was always ‘there’ for us whenever we had any questions and for those times where we just needed to talk something through along the way.
