Selling your house is stressful. Tara and I were lucky to have Susan help us through the process. We picked Susan to help us with our move from Dripping Springs to downtown Austin. Growing up in Austin, she knows the market and has access to listings that others don’t. We liked her no-nonsense attitude and business approach to getting both our buy and sale transactions closed. The trait we liked the most is her ability to take the emotion out of the process with good business advice and to avoid making a mistake due to deal heat.Her work ethic is second to none. Very few phone calls went to voicemail and she was ALWAYS responsive to texts and emails. No task was too small. She even helped clean the garage before we closed. Our transactions went smoothly, and we closed both on time.
