Ryan Really went the extra mile to find me the home I wanted, within my budget, even with not so great credit. He toured homes with me and even got some things done on the house before move in that I wouldnt have looked at or asked for. I can tell he is a such a good human and after years of living in shared or small spaces I am sure that Ryan was the key ingredient to getting approved for a bigger space for just myself. AJ Abrams is simply the best realtor my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with and we continue to feel very fortunate to have met him. AJ sold another home on our block as soon as it was listed. If you appreciate a listing agent whos level headed under pressure and will not inflate his proposed listing price for your home just to get your business, AJ Abrams is your broker agent. We contacted AJ in February about listing our home to close in June, after the school year. At our first meeting, he showed us a listing price I thought was a little low. He showed me his market data and stuck to his guns. Basically, he was going to list our house at his price or let us walk. He refused to be anything but straight up with us. In the weeks leading up to our listing date, he was walking our neighborhood in a jacket and tie in 90 degree weather. The man was knocking on doors and talking to our neighbors about his upcoming listing. I mean, who does that in the Texas heat in May? When it came time to list, AJ had good news: A local broker he knew listed a house down the street for way over market value. He theorized that inflated number would make us look good by comparison at a better price than hed originally been thinking. He was right. The house was under contract within 15 days (average time on market for our area at the time was 40 days) at $20,000 more than the price we were looking at in February.
