We loved using Matt and Paul to sell our two properties in Texas. Matt took care of everything- made a drone video, had potential buyers every few days and took care of all appraisals, surveys and paperwork. He made selling our home such a convenience. We never had to leave work or make sure we were there every time someone came out, he did it all. Matt was also so great about answering calls or texts about anything. We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Tom Horn.

It had been 21 years since going through the mortgage process and buying a new house so there was a lot of changes that we hadnt dealt with during that time. Matt took us through the process with professionalism, enthusiasm, sense of humor and compassion! Any time there was a question and we couldnt get ahold of our lender he filled in the blanks for us until we could catch up with our lending officer. Because this is a 90 mile move from where we currently live Matt was our go to person for electricians and plumbers for review of the inspection findings. He provided a comprehensive list of trade people to assist us with the improvements we plan to make to the property. On closing day, Matt made sure the gated community guard would be expecting us so we could get in to our property. He was and is still with us the whole way. We highly recommend Matt as your broker/realtor!
