    Why have a Plan when you can have a Jane at the Sunny Darden Group !We moved cross country from Seattle to...no plan....Texas. My husband had lived here before. We met Jane online MONTHS before we even sold our house in Washington. She check on homes we saw online. When we sold, she check on us (dog included) on our cross country journey.     Jane was absolutely wonderful to work with. I am a property manager and found out the apartment complex we live in, my company was losing, so we had to quickly find a house to move into within our budget.     Carrie came highly recommended by close friends and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her! We needed a place for my mom and started looking at very inexpensive mobile homes. Carrie didnt think twice about jumping in on the task and happily showed us several mobile homes. We ended up pivoting to a townhouse at double the price point, but I know many realtors who wouldnt have given us the time of day because of the low cost properties we started with.     This company is simply amazing. I have known Sunny before she started this company and she has always done business with integrity.I was fortunate enough to work with Jane with the house purchase. From day one, they proved to know the Argyle market- advising us in every way imaginable. They sent a stager and moved furniture around in every room for us to prep for photos, connected us with local vendors to tend to necessary fixes and changes, and gave us constant feedback on the views and market changes, and walked us through offers and three back out offers.     Jane (and her team) did she a great job finding our home. She listened to what we wanted and kept us from looking at homes that she knew wouldnt be what we really wanted. She spent a lot of time and was willing to look outside her usual geographic area and find us the perfect home. And then she was with us throughout the entire process - and even discovered that the sellers hadnt disclosed somethings and had that corrected before we closed. Jane did an awesome job!

    Jamie DeHaven was a joy to work with. As a first time home buyer we were nervous and did not know what to expect. We were looking at several places in the DFW area and Jamie helped us narrow down our perfect location quickly. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and is an expert at her job. When we found the house we loved, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get there fast enough to see the house, she went out of her way and did a FaceTime showing to accommodate her out of town clients. This allowed us to make a decision quickly so we didn’t lose the opportunity to make an offer. She made our first time home buying experience both simple and exciting. I would 100% recommend working with Jamie and we will continue to do so in the future.
