Adam Strauss has helped my wife and I both buy and sell our home. In every aspect of the process he is professional, courteous, responsive and just a pleasure to work with all around. Adam really does go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. My wife and I were out of state when our house was on the market, and Adam not only stayed in close contact with us but gave us the peace of mind that he was taking care of all the details we couldn’t be there for. And I have to mention how top notch the photography is. The quality and attention to detail here really does set Summit apart from the competition. The pictures and video he took of our house were incredible and exceeded my already high expectations. Good luck finding anyone out there doing it better! I never write reviews online but after being so satisfied with Summit, and Adam in particular, I have to spread the word. If you’re in the Texas Hill Country looking to buy a home or sell, Adam is the guy.

Adam Strauss of Summit Realty sold our house and property in Tierra Linda. We are very satisfied with the transaction. At every turn, Adam went well above and beyond what one would expect of a real estate agent. He performed many varied property management tasks to keep the house and property looking its best. Adam’s photography rivals any professional, and he kept the photographs rotating to keep the listing presentation fresh. He had full color brochures made and distributed to other agencies and had copies in our house available for prospective buyers and agents to take for review. Adam showed or ensured the property was shown many, many times. Over the time the property was on the market, it was shown at least weekly, most often multiple times per week. We received our asking price, and since our closing was accomplished in absentia, Adam ensured over multiple phone calls that we understood all the paperwork involved.
