Dawson recently helped my fiance and I find a home. He was fantastic, not only was he attentive, engaged, and reliable but he was persistent. We looked at house after house, not entirely sure of what we were wanting, as we were first time homebuyers, but he continued to supply option after option and taking note of our thoughts on each and applying it to the next. He did his research on each and was able to answer 90% of our questions even on weekends or late nights.If we ever need a realtor again we will gladly be coming back. 10/10 -

Trace did an incredible job selling my homes! He knew the area and market extremely well. I had two homes that I was in the process of remodeling, but decided to sell as is in the middle of remodeling. He knew plenty of investors and was able to help me find the right buyer! I will always go to Trace for all my real estate needs. Hes honest and is extremely familiar with the real estate industry. Working with Trace has been a very positive experience. He has been on top of everything from day one and very tentative to details which is really important when buying or selling a home. Unfortunately I just found out I am likely about to lose my mother and felt my moving project needs to be put on hold. He took the house off the market (for now) and was very understanding. Daniel with Summit Cove was extremely easy to work with. Compared to others, he cut the sales talk and told me what he thought, based on his indicators and his personal integrity. Thats all anyone can ask. We had actually gotten a higher bid from a group that is better known in the industry. However, that ended up being a nightmare, and the deal did not go through. What a huge waste of time and effort! I called Daniel, who was #2 on our final list, and we worked out a deal in minimal time. would highly recommend this group. -

I needed to sale an old house that needed lots of work (a complete makeover). I was only interested in a fast cash sale for a fair price so I could check this off my list. I learned a lot about option periods, escrow, etc. I had been receiving lots of cards in the mail from investors for years. God was moving me is a different direction so I finally decide it was time to contact them rather than listing the property. I contacted a lot of people and a few stood out, Daniel Vickers with Summit Cove Realty was one of them. Daniel came across as a good honest Christian person who after looking at the home provided a good offer. You can expect an offer to go down some because they must do a more detailed inspection. We agreed to a fair amount and the rest is history. I would like to thank Daniel and Summit Cove Realty for making this sale a pleasant experience. -
