Kate and Quince Summers were a pleasure to work with in the selling of our home. They were professional and very knowledgeable and at the same time were easygoing and genuinely kind. Kate did an excellent job of photographing our house to ensure it was captured in it’s best light. She literally came by our house at different times of the day to get the best lighting for her shots. The drone photos were also a great addition. Despite us putting our house on the market at a less than ideal time, they were able to sell it quickly! We will absolutely work with them again in the future.

Quince and Kate went above and beyond. I was in Chile on vacation when I found the property I was interested in. I wasn’t going to be back for 20 days but wanted to see more details. They FaceTimed me a walkthrough!!Quince goes even further to look at details like grading, foundation, repairs that might be needed. Kate knew all the vegetation and what value they brought to the land.They didn’t pressure me, they were so wonderful in negotiating on my behalf since this was a complicated estate situation.They know this whole area so well I trust their judgement and will 100% recommend them and will be using them for all my future purchases.

I couldnt recommend 2 more wonderful people than the Summers! They were a lifesaver in helping my husband and I protest our property taxes, assist us in our homestead and saving us money by pulling the property comps in our area to make sure we provided adequate documentation. They are extremely knowledgeable and definitely go out of their way and above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what to do, the ins and outs and took the time to truely explain things. It can definitely be scary once you start filling out paperwork and protesting for the first time and they handled us with grace and finesse. They helped us make decisions to prepare the land, as it hadn’t been on the market in over 100 years. Their knowledge of rural land transactions was instrumental, as they guided us through the selling process from listing, accepting an offer, and closing the deal. They were always available to answer our many questions, with kindness and a smile. Currently, they are guiding us through the process of finding our own special piece of land to call home.
