I take the process of hiring a real estate agent for my relocation clients very seriously. I ask each prospective agent the same questions I would ask if I were hiring an agent for myself. Each interview takes at least 30 - 45 minutes to complete. After interviewing several very highly rated agents specializing in the North San Antonio, Texas area, I hired Christine to be the agent for my clients who are a family of six moving there from Portland, Oregon.My clients and I were impressed beyond measure with Christine. She understands the importance of being a good listener and being sure she connects with the clients as people first. She took meticulous care to understand exactly what the family wanted in their next home. Christine then used her decades of experience and knowledge of the market and areas to uncover every possible lead, public and private, to give her clients as many choices as possible to meet their needs.Christine was a strong advocate for her clients while simultaneously working seamlessly with the listing agent and escrow personnel so that the transaction closed on time without any glitches. Christine was absolutely phenomenal in assisting me and my family in the sale of our former home and purchase of our brand new home. She worked with us every step of the way and explained in perfect detail when we had questions. Being that our new home was a custom home she assisted us in securing the upgrades and customizations on the plans. Christine helped us get our first home. Closing was a great pain and we almost nixed the whole deal, Christine came through when we needed her most. From the day we started the search to closing day she did more than any other realtor would do. She was the best thing we could ask for, with closing dates moved, and all the uncertainty that comes with buying house she was the one constant factor always pushing the buttons to get our deal done for us. We were moving halfway across the country and didnt know anything about San Antonio. Christine learned us and what we needed so quickly. She got us in to see TWO private listings that were spot on to our needs. Every time that we asked to see a home that wasnt already on her list, it was a complete waste of time. She knew us and what we needed, and we were able to buy a home in just the one-week house-hunting trip during our visit to the area.
